Yes, all attendees must be 18 years of age.

Yes, U.S. citizens must have a current valid passport and evidence of onward travel to exit Portugal (either to return to the U.S. or travel to another country).
If you do not have a valid passport, please note that passports can take 8-11+ weeks to process, so make sure to apply early!
NOTE: Portugal and the United States requires your passport to have at least 6-months validity before entry; if your passport expires less than 6-months from the date of the Retreat You risk not being admitted into Portugal or back into the United States.

If You choose to cancel your Retreat reservation, the following terms apply:
(a) the $800 Deposit is non-refundable regardless of when You cancel your reservation;
(b) reservations canceled prior to 3-months from the Retreat start date (March 15, 2025 or before) are eligible for a refund of Payments made only, minus credit card transaction fees incurred by TCS;
(c) reservations canceled less than 3-months from the Retreat start date (March 16, 2025 or after) are not eligible for any refund of any amount.
TCS does not offer trip insurance and recommends that You obtain insurance if You are concerned about your travel plans being canceled or altered.
