Alyssa grew up trying a variety of sports and spending large amounts of time outdoors where her passion for movement first started. Once graduating from college, she was looking for a flexible outlet that would allow her to continue moving her body while also pursuing her career in Human Resources. After finding Collective while looking for beat based cycling classes, she fell in love with the community and motivational atmosphere.

Using skills she developed from TCS workshops and mentorship programs, Alyssa brings a class suitable for all levels that will boost your mood and have you walking out feeling strong and energized.  

When she's not at the studio you can find her spending time with her husband and dogs and enjoying all the adventures New England has to offer!
